Events through Labor Day include:
  • Fireworks at Old Orchard Beach every Thursday evening starting June 24th at 9:30 p.m.
  • Memorial Flag Raisings at Veterans Memorial Park conducted by the Old Orchard Beach VFW upon request in honor of a deceased veteran. The short ceremonies include a spoken word tribute. Ceremony volunteers, local residents and vacationing tourists pause at this time to recognize a veteran, many with ties to Maine.
